On December 18,2018,Snake River Alliance filed a Petition with the Commission
seeking permission to withdraw as an intervening party in Case No.IPC-E-18-15 pursuant to Rule
45.See Petition at 1 and IDAPA 31.01.01.045.Snake River Alliance stated that it will instead
participate in the case as a public participant.Petition at 1.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely answered,objected to or otherwise addressed the petition.
See IDAPA 31.01.01.256.
We further find that based on its desire to withdraw as an intervenor in this docket and
the facts of the petition,Snake River Alliance's request to withdraw is hereby granted.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Withdraw as an Intervenor filed
by Snake River Alliance is hereby granted.
