On June 6,2018,Idaho Power Company,("Company"),filed an Application requesting
authorityto sell and transfer certain assets to Jayco,Inc.("Jayco"),under its Asset Purchase and
Transfer of Title Agreement,Idaho Code §§61-328 and 61-524,and Rule of Procedure 052.
Application at 1.Pursuant to Idaho Code §61-328,Idaho Power requests that the Commission
approve the sale and transfer of property and to process the Application by Modified Procedure.
Id.at 4.
The Commission will conduct a telephonic public hearing,as described below.The
purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony from customers and other interested members
of the public.Testimony will be made part of the Commission's formal record.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the telephonic hearing will meet accessibility

public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance
