Re: ldaho Power / Jayco Purchase Agreement
To Whom !t tvlay Concern:
Jayco Corporation recommends the Commission approve, rufilout modification, ldaho
Power Company's ("ldaho Power") Application (Case 116 IEQE-18-10) filed with the
ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") on June 6,2018, for approval of the
Asset Purchase and Transfer of Title Agreement dated May 7,2018 ("Agreement").
Jayco understands the transfer and sale of the assets as contemplated by the
Agreement is contingent on the Commission's approval of ldaho Power's Application.
Jayco worked with ldaho Power to understand the purchase price calculation and the
methodology used to determine the same. Jayco is confident ldaho Power carefully
considered all the necessary elements for completing an equitable asset sale. Jayco
supports ldaho Power's Application and accepts the purchase price as fair, reasonable
and representative of a mutually agreed upon amount between ldaho Power and Jayco.
As such, Jayco respectfully requests the Commission: 1)approve the Agreement as
filed (endorsing the calculations and methodology employed by ldaho Power without
modification); and 2) issue a decision on or before September 7,2018 to ensure Jayco's
planned Building expansion is not unnecessarily delayed.
Sincerely,
Matt Thompson
Jayco
