On May 7,2018,the Commission ordered this case to be processed by Modified
Procedure,Rules 201-204 (IDAPA 31.01.01.201-.204),and set a June 21,2018 comment deadline
and a July 5,2018 reply deadline.See Order No.34056.Commission Staff has now advised the
Commission that all parties-including petitioner Idaho Department of Administration,
Commission Staff,and sole intervenor Idaho Power Company-wouldlike the Commission to
extend the comment deadline to July 5,2018 and the reply deadline to July 19,2018,to facilitate
discovery.See Staff Memorandum dated May 25,2018.
The Commission,having reviewed the matter and good cause appearing,finds it
reasonable and agipropriate to extend the comment and reply deadlines as requested by the parties.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the comment deadline is extended to July 5,2018,
and the reply deadline is extended to July 19,2018.
