Dear Ms. Noriyuki:

On December 21, 2018, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”)
issued Order No. 34219 in Case No. IPC-E-18-08, establishing a two-year waiver of the
Commission’s Master-Metering Rules to provide the Idaho Department of Administration
and Idaho Power Company time to prepare the Chinden Campus for individually metered
buildings. This letter provides notice that as of May 4, 2020, each building at the Chinden
Campus has been individually metered.
