CALCULATION OF OPERATION AND )MAINTENANCE CHARGES FOR PURPA )QUALIFYING FACILITIES )
On May 3,2018,Renewable Energy Coalition moved the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission (Commission),under Commission Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.03 and Idaho Bar
Commission Rule (IBCR)227,for an Order approving the limited admission,pro hac vice,of Irion
Sanger in this matter.The Motion was signed and attested to by local counsel J.Kahle Becker
(Idaho State Bar License No.7408).
In the Motion,Mr.Sanger certifies that he is an active member in good standing of the
Oregon State Bar who maintains the regular practice of law in Oregon.He further declares that
he is not an Idaho resident or licensed to practice law in Idaho.
Mr.Sanger and Mr.Becker certify that a copy of the Motion has been served on all
other parties to this case,and that a copy of the Motion,accompanied by a $325 fee and certificate
of good standing,have been submitted to the Idaho State Bar.Mr.Becker acknowledges that his
attendance shall be required at all Commission proceedings in which Mr.Sanger appears,unless
specifically excused by the Commission.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion and applicable rules,
includingIBCR 227 and Commission Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.03,IDAPA 31.01.01.019and
043.03.Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr.Sanger and Mr.Becker,
we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of limited
admission of Mr.Sanger as legal counsel for Renewable Energy Coalition.We further find good
reason to excuse the appearance of Mr.Becker in further proceedings in this docket unless needed
by Mr.Sanger.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Commission has jurisdiction in this case and over this Motion pursuant to Idaho
Code,Title 61,and the Commission's Rules of Procedure,31.01.01.000et seq.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is granted;Irion Sanger is hereby granted
limited admission as legal counsel for Renewable Energy Coalition.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attendance of J.Kahle Becker is excused from
all further proceedings in Case No.IPC-E-18-07 unless needed by Irion Sanger.
