However, on Monday, January 29,2Ot8,ldaho Power attorney Lisa Nordstrom advised me by telephone that ldaho Power would not be filing reply comments in the case. Accordingly, this matter is now fully submitted and may be deliberated on by the Commission. I would appreciate you placing this memo in the record, and this matter on the next agenda.
