SUBJECT: IDAHO POWER COMPANY, RECOVERY FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED
WITH PARTICIAPTION IN ENERGY IMBALANCE MARKET;
CASE NO. IPC.E.I7.16
On January 25,2018, the Commission issued a scheduling order for a February 21,
2018, prefiled testimony deadline, and a February 28,2018, rebuttal deadline. Order No. 33970.
The partiest can report that a settlement has been reached in this matter. Accordingly, the parties
now request that the Commission vacate the case's testimony deadlines.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue an Order that vacates the prefile dates
for Staff and Intervenor testimony, and Company prefile rebuttal. Further, the parties request that
any further discovery in this matter be stayed.
