On February 13,2018,the parties notified the Commission of settlement,and
requested the Commission vacate the comment schedule and stay further discovery.There is no
opposition to the request,and no harm will be caused.Accordingly,the parties'request is
granted.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the February 21,2018,comment deadline,and a
February 28,2018,reply deadline are vacated.
