UPL Tariff in response to Order No. 23425.
On December 7, 1990, Utah Power & Light Company filed Revised Reg. No. 9; Interest on Deposits - specifically Second Revised Sheet No. 9R.4.  Both Michael Gilmore and Bev Barker have reviewed the schedule and indicate that it is correct.
Therefore, by this Minute Entry, the Commission approves Utah Power & Light Company Tariff Schedule - Second Revised Sheet No. 9R.4, to show an approval date of 12-24-90 and an effective date of 1-1-91, as set out in Order No. 23425.
