Comment:I would like the Idaho Utilities Commission to Please reject Idaho Power's current proposal.To Idaho Power:I
would love to have solar power,however trees and a sketchy roof,(on an old mobile home)make it a difficult challenge.
I will stick with traditional power for now.However,I think the power of the future is solar and wind.It seems to be the
most environmentally sustainable power.Please!Embrace these solar and wind systems that have already been
developed.Be an innovative Power Company!Help us to afford our energy bills and needs while you continue to be a
viable company providing energy from clean sources.I believe I can and will be able in the future to purchase my power
from a company that uses solar and wind power.It's tempting.I would like to get clean energy from Idaho Power.Thank

Investing in local solar power keeps more energy dollars in our communities and allows individuals to meet their ownenergyneeds.Individual control and local economic growth are Idahoan values.
Please stand up for these values by maintaining the current net metering program.

Comment:Idaho should be growing clean energy options to reduce our reliance on out-of-state fossil fuels.The netmeteringprogramistheonlymeansforindividualIdahoanstoinvestmoneyintheirownlocallygeneratedcleanenergy.
The Idaho PUC staff looked at Idaho Powers documents and found no reason to segregate solar customers.Instead,I askthePUCtodirectIdahoPowertoconsiderthefullrangeofcostsandbenefitsthatarisewhencustomersavoidutilitypowerandmeettheirownneedswithlocalcleanenergy.
Because I cant choose my utility,I rely on the PUC to ensure fair programs.Please maintain the current net meteringprogram.
