Comment:Elevenintervenors,including Boise City,solar installers,local,and national groups,intervened in the case,arguing that this was completely backwards;that idaho Power must first establish that this tiny group has a significant,material impact on retail electric rates.In fact,a study by Lawrence Berkeley National Labs indicates that solar net-metering may actually LOWER retail electric rates.So allowing Idaho Power to kill it would be a disservice to customers.sincerely,Ron Marquart
