Comment: Thank you for the opportunity to comment. Please deny ldaho Power's request for new schedules for
residential and small general service customers with on-site generation. I oppose changes to net metering because on-
site generation should be encouraged, not discouraged. We need to reduce our use of fossil fuels for generating
electricity, since this practice is causing climate change. As an ldaho Power customer without on-site generation, I prefer
to receive electricity produced by my neighbors with solar panels, not from a coal-powered source in another state.
Please reject the requested changes to net metering.

Comment: Dear ldaho PUC Commissioners
I am against charging more for home owners with solar (changing the net metering system).
Clean energy is important for our future. A few examples, it reduces air pollution and health care costs.
We need to keep home solar affordable for middle-class homeowners. This helps energy to be more innovated and
reduce dependence on coal.
I want you to look at more smart-grid technologies to avoid power outages, embrace distributed energy, expand solar in
ldaho's future.
Do not stay in the past, look to the future and help ldaho grow clean and solar.
