Comment:I fullysupport solar power and believe that creating/defining a different rate class for those that generate it isappropriatesoastodeterminewhateffectithasontheratesofthosewhodonot.
Those who cannot afford to generate power should not be penalized for those that can.
I do not believe that any power company would be against solar generation,but it should not penalize the every dayuser.I would be disappointed if the power companies didn't figure out a way to make it equitable or more balanced forall.
