Comment:I strongly believe that net metering should not be changed. It is the long-term incentive for people to invest
in solar, which helps ameliorate the global warming problem and helps keep power affordable for all.
I have signed a contract to have solar installed at my residence.I feel that it is the best way I can contribute to
protecting the environment.

Comment:I installed solar PV panelstwo years ago at great expenseto our family. The understanding and expectation
was to reduce the carbon footprint as well as save energy costs overall. An integral part of the assumptions leading to
my investment was the net metering program sponsored by Idaho Power.
I certainly don't want to be charged more for power when needed from the grid and I expect the power I put into the
grid receivesthe same credit I understood when I invested in the installation.
Thank You
