Comment: As a ratepayer, I oppose the idea that customers with on-site generation may be put into separate rate
classes. What is the plan for the new rate structure? Why has this not been disclosed? As someone who is interested in
installing rooftop solar in the next 5-10 years, I do not want to feel like I am being put in a separate class, or essentially
being punished for choosing to alleviate the burden of energy production. The decision to produce green energy should
not result in discrimination.
