Comment: I would like to voice my opposition to ldaho Power Charging different rates to Solar power customers. This is
unfair and leaves ldaho more vulnerable to outside threats. We need to give as much support to solar and wind power
which is truly renewable. The longer we wait to build this infrasturcture the more it will cost us. Let,s not waste time.
