Idaho Power should embrace solar power because it reduces the need for power during the day when air conditioners are running the most. Idaho should work with their customers to develop strategies to encourage distributed generation,as other power companies do. —Idaho Power should invest in more renewable energy and divest from fossil fuels. Idaho Power should reimburse the cost of a home owner’s solar system because they reduce the need for more infrastructure (power lines,power plants,etc.).
