Comment:I am a net metering customer,in very productive months I can put $100 dent in my bill.I am not close to net
zero and still have to rely on Idaho Power for my needs.I am opposed to rates changing because I am a net metering
customer.I don’t believe the cost is increased to Idaho Power because I produce a little bit of electricity.Charges
should be standard for all not varied.

Comment:I am a net metering customer commenting on IPC attempt to change rate schedules and fees for net
metering.Net metering customers should be considered as partners with IPC as we are and will be producing a
significant amount of power. One of the reasons we purchased our system was a hedge against increasing power rates.
Now that it apears our system might pay for itself in the future,IPC is trying to come up with a way to to increase fees
and charges to siphon some of my profit away.If IPC needs more money they should increse rates per kwh. That way,
as a producer,I make money too.

Comment:I don’t see the need for a different rate class is going to aid Idaho Power to gather data.Having taken
Statistics at the undergraduate level and graduate level I know it is not necessary to have a separate rate class for solar
panel users is necessary. This would only be beneficial for Idaho Power to charge a different rate when Idaho Power
choose to implement the rate class.Solar users are doing their part to lessen global warming and I don’t thing we should
be gouged for it by Idaho Power.
