On July 27,2017,("Idaho Power"or the "Company")applied to the Commission for
authority to establish new schedules for residential and small general service customers
("R&SGS")with on-site generation ("Application").The Commission subsequently issued a
Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention Deadline.See Order No.33843.On December
4,2017,the Commission issued a Notice of Schedule and Notice of Technical Hearing and
suspended the Company's proposed effective date for 30 days plus 5 months according to Idaho
Code §61-622(4),and indicated that a public hearing may be scheduled at a later date.See
Order No.33901.
The Commission now schedules the followingpublic customer hearings.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will convene a public customer
hearing in this matter to take testimony from customers,public officials,and other interested
members of the public,other than those persons that are party to the case.See IDAPA
31.01.01.241.04.b.Persons may testify or listen to the proceedings by appearing in the hearing
room at that time.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a public customer
hearing in this matter on THURSDAY,MARCH 1,2018,AT 7:00 P.M.(MST),IN THE
COMMISSION'S HEARING ROOM,AT 472 W.WASHINGTON,BOISE,IDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a second public
customer hearing in this matter on MONDAY,MARCH 5,2018 AT 7:00 P.M.(MST)IN
THE POCATELLO CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS,911 N.7TH AVENUE,POCATELLO,
IDAHO.

At this time,the Commission intends to hold only the two hearings set forth above.If,
however,the Commission receives written comments from customers or other interested persons
specifically asking the Commission to schedule additional in-person public hearings in other
parts of the State,the Commission will consider those requests.Persons desiring the
Commission to consider setting an additional in-person hearing should specifically request such
a hearing in their written comments,and explain why the public hearings scheduled above were
insufficient.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that if you are unable to participate in the public
hearing but would nevertheless like to provide input into the case,you may file written
comments with the Commission about the case through the date of the customer hearings set
above.The comments may be mailed to the Commission at the address referenced in the
followingparagraph,or they may be e-mailed by accessing the Commission's home page located
at www.puc.idaho.gov.Scroll to the "Consumers"tab,click the "Utility Case Comment or
Question Form,"and complete the form using the case number as it appears on the front of this
document.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings in this case will be held in facilities
meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).Persons
needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate in or to
understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a
sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.The request for assistance must be
received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission
