On July 27,2017,Idaho Power Company (“Company”)applied to the Commission
for authority to establish new schedules for residential and small general service customers
(“R&SGS”)with on-site generation.The Company requested a December 31.2017.effective
date and prehearing conference.The Commission subsequently issued a Notice of Application
and Notice of Intervention Deadline.See Order No.33843.The following parties intervened in
the case:Auric Solar;City of Boise;Idaho Conservation League;Idaho Clean Energy
Association;Idahydro;Intermountain Wind and Solar;Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association;
Sierra Club;Snake River Alliance;NW Energy Coalition;and Vote Solar.
The (ommission directed the Company.Siaff and intervening parties to informally
confer about a proposed schedule.See id.As directed,the Company.Staff and intervening
parties’received notice and informally met or otherwise conferred and the participating parties
agreed to ask the Commission to adopt their proposed schedule.As the proposed schedule
includes dates occurring after the Company’s proposed effective date,adopting the schedule
\\ould require the proposed elleetive date to be suspended.
With this Order.we find it reasonable to adopt the parties’proposed schedule (below)
and suspend the Company’s proposed effective date of December 31.2017.for 30 days plus 5

does not limit the parties’ability to pursue settlement(s)under Rules 271 through 280.See

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all testimony and exhibits filed in this case
must conform to the Cornmission’s Rules of Procedure (IDAPA 3 1.01.01 etseq.).specifically
Rules 230,231.and 267.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the parties are directed to serve discovery,
testimony,and exhibits among themselves by electronic mail pursuant to Rule 63.See IDAPA
31.01.01.063.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that when filing discovery with the Commission,
the parties shall provide an original and three copies to the Commission Secretary.See IDAPA
3 1.01.01.061.02.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a technical
hearing in this case.The purpose of the technical hearing is to take testimony from the parties
(the Company,Staff,and any intervenors).The technical hearing shall convene at 9:30 A.M.
(MST)Thursday,March 8,2018,in the Commission’s Hearing Room at 472 West

2018.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that,besides a technical hearing,the Commission
also may schedule one or more public hearings for customers and non-parties who wish to
testify.If a customer hearing is scheduled,a Notice of Customer Hearing will issue at a later
date that will explain how customers may participate in the hearing.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter will
be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act
(ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to
participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the
Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.The
request for assistance must be received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Commission adopts the procedural schedule set
forth in the above Notice of Scheduling.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a technical hearing will commence in this matter
