Dear Ms. Hanian:
Enclosed for filing are an original and eight (8) copies of ldaho Power Company's
CORRECTED page 35 to the RebuttalTestimony of David M. Angell in the above matter
(in both clean and redline). This replacement page 35 corrects the formatting of the quoted
portions of testimony and more clearly distinguishes between them. The wording itself has
not changed.

my direct testimony. Mr. Beach c1aimed that I asserted:
