On June 30,2017, Idaho Power Company ("Company") filed its 2017 Integrated
Resource Plan (lRP). On July 31,2017, the Commission issued a Notice of Filing and Notice of
lntervention Deadline. Six parties intervened. Staff, the Company and the lntervenors have
agreed on 60-day comment period, with a l4-day Company reply deadline.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure
requesting written comments from interested persons within 60 days, with a l4-day Company
reply deadline.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Modified Procedure setting a 60-day
comment deadline and a l4-day Company reply deadline?
