Comment:I am concerned that the plan my rely too much on customer energy efficiency programs and purchasing low
cost power from the wholesale electric market.While residential,industrial and commercial uses may gradually become
more efficient,there is no guarantee that the wholesale electric market will remain a viable low cost alternative to
additional electricity generation.
It will be at least 16 years before the proposed natural gas facility comes on line.
I would like to have the coal-fired plants still available until new generation facilities are developed.
