Minutes of Decision Meeting
October 19, 1990
In attendance:  Commissioners Joe Miller and Ralph Nelson.  Staff members:  Mike Gilmore, Terri Carlock and Myrna Walters.
Topics of discussion were:  CUC-S-90-1 and BOI-W-90-3.
CUC-S-90-1 -- Citizens Utilities requests amendment to Order No. 23268.  
Mike Gilmore asked if commissioners want to track more stuff down, what should be done right now?
Commissioner Nelson said they are changing this by 18-20%.  As long as it is a cap, thought it was okay.
Terri Carlock said it will mean more stock outstanding.
After brief discussion, request for amendment was approved.
Amended order will be issued.
Skyline's Motion for Extension of Time to submit prefiled testimony in BOI-W-89-3 was discussed briefly.
Mike Gilmore is to check with the parties to see their reaction.  If all in agreement, grant extension.
Meeting adjourned.
