Due to the Company's year-end close process, corrections were identified and the
books were reopened on January 18, 2024. This impacted the December 2023 Energy
Efficiency Rider collections, and therefore, the Company is providing an updated Energy
Efficiency Rider Activity and Balance Report for year-end 2023.

As noted in the accompanying Certificate of Attorney, the enclosure contains
commercially sensitive and potentially material non-public information under Regulation
FD.
