On April 13,2018,the Commission issued Order No.34031.The following
changes should be made to that Order:
1.The third and fourth paragraphs on page l state a date of December 31,2018.
Those passages SHOULD READ:December 31,2015.
2.The second full paragraph on page 2,the first,third,and fourth full paragraphs
on page 6,and the third full paragraph on page 7 contain the acronym "BCC."
The acronym SHOULD READ:"HCC."
