On December 14,2016,Idaho Power Company filed a prudency Application for
expenditures of $220,845,830 in Hells Canyon Complex (HCC)relicensing costs for inclusion in
customer rates at a later date.The Company is not requesting an adjustment to customer rates at
this time.
On January 4,2017,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Order setting
an intervention deadline of January 25,2017,and directing Staff to develop a procedural
schedule for the processing of this matter.The Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association and
Industrial Customers of Idaho Power filed timely intervention.A Notice of Parties was issued on
February 14,2017.Staff proposed that this matter be processed by Modified Procedure.The
parties have agreed upon a schedule to process this case.
With this Order,we adopt the proposed schedule.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTifIED that,based on discussion and agreement between
the parties,the Commission adopts the following procedural schedule:
Settlement Conference October 11,2017
Staff/Intervenor Prefile Testimony December 15,2017
Company Prefile Reply January 15,2018
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all testimony and exhibits in this matter must
comport with the requirements of Rule 231 and 267 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.
IDAPA 31.01.01.231 and .267.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the parties have been directed to serve
discovery,testimony,and exhibits among themselves by electronic mail pursuant to Rule 63.
