Comment:I am not I disagreement with the prospect of reliable redundant power to the North Valley.
I do believe that a couple of things must be considered.
1.is it really necessary?
2.What other options for backup power are available?
3.I understand that since ALL rate payers in the State of Idaho will be paying for this,Why are ONLY the cities of
Ketchum and Sun Valley to benefit at the expense of all?
4.Idaho Power conveniently lumped in the cost of undergrounding the line ONLY thru Ketchum and Sun Valley into their
proposal of 30 Million.Why did they NOT include undergrounding the entire line since we are all going to pay for it?
Its a great plan if you live in Sun Valley.You get a redundant line and the rest of the state helps pay for it AND you don’t
have to see the line.Everybody else pays for it and has to look at in their front or back yards.
