Box 5071 Twin Falls, Idaho 8330 I Hand Delivered To: An IDACORP Company John J Straubhar Re: Modification to Appendix D (page 46) of the Replacement Energy Sales Agreement (#31615098) Mr. Straubhar, Shorock Hydro L.P. and Idaho Power executed the replacement Energy Sales Agreement ("ESA") for the Shoshone CSPP project on October 31, 2016 and Idaho Power filed the ESA with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("IPUC") on November 1, 2016 for review and approval. The IPUC found a typo on page 46 under Appendix D. On the third line of page 46 of the ESA, it reads "(Prices based on 370 kW of Capacity)" and it should read that the prices were based on 360 kW of capacity. This text change from 370 kW to 360 kW does not change the prices listed in Appendix Dor any other part of the ESA. The revised page 46 is attached for your review. Please acknowledge below that you have reviewed, agree and accept this change. Shoshone Hydro L. P.
