Comment: If Idaho Power wants to shorten the depreciation schedule on the North Va1my Power plant by paying an
additional $6.7 million,! would recommend that they decrease the .55 dividend per share that Idacorp is paying their
stock holders by .04 to pay for it and not expect the electric consumers to pay for it. Please do not approve this
increase. Thank you.
