counsel Benjamin Otto of Boise, Idaho (Idaho State Bar License No. 8292).
In the Motion, J\1r. Ritchie certifies that he is an active member in good standing of
the California State Bar who maintains the regular practice of law in California. He further

Mr. Ritchie and Mr. Otto certify that a copy of the Motion has been served on all
other parties to this case, and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $325 fee and
certificate of good standing, have been submitted to the Idaho State Bar. Mr. Otto acknowledges
that his attendance shall be required at all Commission proceedings in which Mr. Ritchie
appears, unless specifically excused by the Commission.
