IPC-E-16-23 AUTHORITY TO INCREASE RATES DUE ) TO REVISED DEPRECIATION RATES FOR ) ORDER NO. 33676 ELECTRIC PLANT-IN-SERVICE ) ------------------ Office of the Secretary Service Date December 16, 2016 Industrial Customers of Idaho Power (ICIP) petitioned to intervene in this case on December 6, 2016 after the December 5, 2016, deadline for intervention had passed. See Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071- .075. ICJP contends that its Petition was late as a result of an internal calendaring error. ICIP states that its members may be affected by the outcome of this case. Petition at 2. FINDINGS OF FACT We find that no party timely opposed this Petition to Intervene. We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case, intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the Rules of Procedure. We also find that granting this late intervention will not prejudice any paiiy and that late intervention should be granted. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power is hereby granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record.
