RE: IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S SCHEDULE 63, COMMUNITY SOLAR
PILOT PROGRAM COMPLIANCE FILING; CASE NO. IPC-E-16-14
BACKGROUND
On November 15, 2016, Idaho Power Company filed a revised Schedule 63 pursuant to
Commission Order No. 33636 in Case No. IPC-E-16-14, the Community Solar Pilot Program
with an effective date of October 31, 2016.
STAFF ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the terms and conditions specified in the Company's filed tariff and
find that they are in compliance with Commission Order. Staff recommends that the new tariff
Schedule 63 be approved with an effective date of October 31, 2016 reflecting the service date of
the Commission Order.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission approve Idaho Power's Schedule 63, Community Solar Pilot
Program and the effective date?
