Waiver of Service of Process
Site Based Energy hereby waives service of formal process of the Petition, to the extent it
is requiredl.
Proposed Procedural Schedule
The undersigned has conferred with counsel for Petitioner and the parties have agreed
upon the following proposed schedule:
. July 27,2015: Pursuant to RP 57.02, relating to Answers to Petitions, Site Based Energy
will file an Answer to the Petition, fully setting forth its response to matters alleged in
the Petition.
r August 3,2015: Petitioner may file any desired Reply to the Answer.
r Thereafter, the matter may be fully submitted.
This schedule reflects the parties' mutual understanding that the matters raised in the
Petition are in the nature of a biJateral dispute between the parties regarding application of IPUC
rules and policies to Site Based Energy's proposal for development of 100 Kw solar projects.
Both parties desire an expeditious resolution of the dispute.

I Arguably, the Petition might be more appropriately styled as a Complaint under RP 54. Site Based Enerry does
not wish to quibble over pleading formalities.
