ENERNOC, INC.("EnerNOC") hereby withdraws its Petition to Intervene ("Petition) in the
above titled proceeding, pursuant to Rule 68 of the Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA
31.01.01.068. In support of this Notice, EnerNoc submits the following:
l. On April 24,2015, EnerNOC filed its Petition to, among other things, obtain information
redacted in Idaho Power Company's Redacted Reply Comments filed in the above titled proceeding
related to EnerNOC's2014 Request for Proposal and EnerNOC's management of the Flex Peak Program.
2. EnerNOC has since been able to obtain the redacted information by working
collaboratively with the parties in the above titled proceeding.
WHEREFORE, EnerNOC respectfully withdraws its Petition to Intervene.
