NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Rules 041.02 and 043 of the ldaho Public
Utilities Commission's Rules of Procedure, Kelsey Jae Nunez, an attorney licensed in ldaho and
Executive Director of the Snake River Alliance, whose mailing address, electronic address, and
telephone number are listed above, is entering an appearance as co-representative of the Snake
River Alliance in the above captioned matter. Ken Miller shall also continue to appear as co-
