SNAKE RIVER ALLIANCE'S

Pursuant to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's Order No. 33030, The Snake River Alliance
moves to withdraw as a party in the above-captioned maffer. The name and address of this

Snake River Alliance
Box l73l

The Snake River Alliance is represented in this proceeding by Ken Miller. Correspondence in
this docket can be sent to the above address or via e-mail to: kmiller@,snakeriveralliance.org
The Snake River Alliance's primary concem in this docket dealt with the possibility of
modifications to existing contracts between Idaho Power and entities with which is has signed
contracts during the course of modifuing wind integration charges. The Commission's Order No.
33030 indicates at P. 8 that, "While we decline to make a premature substantive finding on
whether it is legally permissible to modifu existing contracts, we find that it is fair, just and
reasonable to only apply changes prospectively. Therefore, we clarifr that any Commission
approved modifications to Idaho Power's wind integration rates and charges will only apply
prospectively - to new contracts as they are entered into by the parties and submitted to the
Commission for approval. This clarification should alleviate the concerns of many intervenors to
this case."
The Alliance therefore requests that the Commission grant its request to withdraw as an
intervenor in this case.
