Order 33030, p. 8. Rockland's motion to withdraw is conditioned on the Commission's agreement to provide Rockland the opportunity to interuene as a party should the case proceedings deviate from the Commission's above-quoted statement. Rockland also reserves all rights to paticipate as an interested person in subsequent proceedings in this case, such as a petition for clarifioation; e petition or cross-petition for reconsideration; a petition to rescind, alter or amend a final order; or an appeal.
