On April 28,2016,Idaho Power Company filed two Applications asking the
Commission to approve the Second Amendments to its Energy Sales Agreements with Riverside
Investments I,LLC.The sole change in the amendments is to correct the name of the
contracting entity in the Agreements from “Riverside Investments,LLC”to “Riverside
Investments I,LLC”—the name of the entity on file with the Idaho Secretary of State.Both
Idaho Power and Staff recommended that this change be approved without further process.We
agree.We find the changes to be ministerial,and necessary to correct unintentional errors in the
prior filings.We therefore approve the Applications without further process.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Idaho Power’s Applications to approve the Second
Amendments to its Energy Sales Agreements with Riverside Investments I,LLC are approved
without change or condition.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order.Within seven (7)
days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for
reconsideration.See Idaho Code §6 1-626.
