On April 12,2016,Idaho Power Company asked the Commission to approve its
transfer of 18 meter pedestals in the Mobile Manor mobile home park to Mobile Manor,pursuant
to Idaho Code §6 1-328 and Rule 52.On April 14,2016,the Industrial Customers of Idaho
Power (ICIP)filed a Petition to Intervene in the case under Rule 71,which Idaho Power timely
opposed per Rule 75.The Commission considered the Petition and granted ICIP intervention.
Order No.33512.On May 12,2016,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice
of Modified Procedure,and indicated that the Commission would conduct a technical hearing
under Idaho Code §6 1-328(2).Order No.33522.Idaho Code provides that the Commission
“shall conduct a public hearing upon the application”by an electric utility for the sale of
property.Idaho Code §6 1-328(2).In keeping therewith,the Commission now sets a hearing in
this case.
NOTICE OF TECHNICAL HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a technical
hearing in this matter,on MONDAY,JUNE 20,2016,FOLLOWING THE
COMMISSION’S DECISION MEETING,BUT NO SOONER THAN 1:45 PM,IN THE
COMMISSION HEARING ROOM,472 WEST WASHINGTON,BOISE,IDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the parties may appear in person or by
telephone,and shall be prepared to address their comments that will be on file with the
Commission per deadlines set in Order No.33522.Parties wishing to appear by telephone shall
contact staff counsel at least five days prior to the hearing to make arrangements.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings in this matter will be held in
facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate
in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to

provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.The request for assistance
must be received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission
