On December 7,2015,Idaho Power Company filed an Application asking the
Commission to approve the First Amendment to its Energy Sales Agreement (Agreement)with
Mountain Home Solar,LLC.The purpose of the Amendment is to change the project name and
contracting entity identified in the Agreement.
After the Commission first approved the Agreement in October 2014,Idaho Power
discovered that the contracting entity and project name referenced in the Agreement,“Mountain
Home Solar,LLC,”is not the name of the limited liability company as filed with the Idaho
Secretary of State.The correct name of the limited liability company is “Mt.Home Solar I,
LLC.”The proposed First Amendment corrects the name of the party with whom Idaho Power
has contracted,and does not affect the rates,terms,or conditions of the Agreement.
Accordingly,we approve the First Amendment without further process.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Idaho Power’s Application to approve the First
Amendment to its Energy Sales Agreement with Mountain Home Solar,LLC is granted.Per the
Amendment,the entity in contract with Idaho Power is Mt.Home Solar 1,LLC.Any future case
captions involving this matter shall so reflect.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of the service date of this Order.Within seven (7)
days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for
reconsideration.See Idaho Code §61-626.
