On November 25,2015,Idaho Power Company filed an Application with the
Commission for an Order approving the transfer and sale of certain assets to the United States
Department of Justice,Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).Idaho Power asked that the
Application be processed under Modified Procedure,and also requested that the Commission’s
Order be issued on or before February 25,2016.
On December 15,2015,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure.Order No.33433.The Industrial Customers of Idaho Power (ICW)filed a
Petition to Intervene and Motion to Extend Comment Deadline which the Commission granted,
extending the comment deadline to January 26,2016,and the reply deadline to February 2,2016.
Order No.33443.The Commission has timely received comments from Staff and ICIP,as well
as reply comments from the Company.The Commission also received comments from the FBI
on February 2,2016.
Under Idaho Code §6 1-328(2),the Commission “shall conduct a public hearing upon
the application”by an electric utility for the sale of property,as in this case.Upon completion of
such hearing,this matter shall be fully submitted.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a technical
hearing in this matter,on MONDAY,FEBRUARY 22,2016,FOLLOWING THE
COMMISSION’S DECISION MEETING,BUT NO SOONER THAN 1:45 P.M.,IN THE
COMMISSION’S HEARING ROOM,472 WEST WASHINGTON,BOISE,IDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the parties may appear in person or by
telephone,and shall be prepared to address their comments already on file with the Conmiission.
Parties wishing to appear by telephone shall contact staff counsel at least five days prior to the
hearing to make arrangements.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings in this matter will be held in
facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate
in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to
provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.The request for assistance
must be received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission
