COURSE OF AN IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION PROCEEDING
ARE PROTECTED FROM PUBLIC INSPECTION

The undersigned attomey, in accordance with RP 67, believes that Attachment 1
to ldaho Power Company's Application, titled Assef Purchase and Transfer of Title
Agreemenf ("Agreement"), contains a dollar amount in section 13 that derives potential
independent economic value from not being generally known or readily ascertainable,
therefore constituting a trade secret exempt from public inspection, examination, or
copying pursuant to ldaho Code S 74-101, et seg., and S 48-801, ef seg.
In addition to the trade secret information stated above, for reasons of national
security, the United States Department of Justice Federal Bureau of lnvestigation
("FBl') requests the location and details of the assets be redacted from the Agreement.
The FBI has security concerns (similar to those detailed tn ldaho Code S 74-105(4Xb))
about the general public knowing the location of FBI-owned assets.
