Agreement
Dear Ms. Jewell:
On September 9,2015, in Case No. IPC-E-15-24,ldaho Power Company ("ldaho
Power") filed an Application with the ldaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission")
for approval of the Energy Sales Agreement ('ESA") between ldaho Power and North
Gooding Main Hydro, LLC ("North Gooding") for the Commission's review.
A clerica! error was discovered on page 57 of the ESA. To correct this clerical
error and prevent any potential confusion, ldaho Power seeks to replace page 57 of the
ESA with the enclosed replacement page. A redlined version of page 57 showing the
correction is also enclosed for the Commission's ease of reference. ldaho Power has
notified North Gooding about this issue and has sent North Gooding a replacement
page for its final version of the ESA.
Therefore, enclosed please find an original and seven (7) copies of replacement
page 57 of the ESA between ldaho Power and North Gooding. Please contact me if
you have any comments, questions, or concerns.

Power will pay the levelized energy price for a Facility scheduled to come on-line during calendar year
2017, for a Contract Term of twenty (20) years in accordance with Commission Order 33305, adjusted in
accordance with Commission Order 30415 for Heavy Load Hour Energy deliveries, and with
seasonalization factors as specified below:
Season I - (73.50 %) Season 2 - (120.00 %)
E-2 Base Energy Lieht Load Purchase Price - For all Base Energy received during Light Load Hours, Idaho
Power will pay the levelized energy price for a Facility scheduled to come on-line during calendar year
2017, for a Contract Term of twenty (20) years in accordance with Commission Order 33305, adjusted in
accordance with Commission Order 30415 for Heavy Load Hour Energy deliveries, and with
seasonalization factors as specified below:
