Comment:I urge the IPUC to require Idaho Power to adhere to the 20 year guaranteed payments
for the Bellevue solar projects.This is exactly the kind of grassroots,small town solar
development that is a win-win for all of us.A project like this will help with carbon
reduction and thus a small dent in climate change,help cap energy costs,and will create
local jobs.Make IP play by the rules.

wants to use a short term rate for the power produced and it only seems fair to me to allow
