MOTION TO EXTEND
COMMENT DEADLINES
The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission moves the Commission for an
Order under Rule of Procedure 256 that extends the comment and reply deadlines in this case by
three weeks, to July 15, 2015 and July 29,2015, respectively.
The grounds for this Motion are that the Commission initially set a June 24,2015
comment deadline, and a July 8,2015 reply deadline. ,See Order No. 33273, with Errata.
However, a Staff member who is working on Staff s comments recently injured himself and will
be unable to complete his portion of the comments by June 24,2015. Staff believes a three-week
extension will enable Staff to complete and file timely comments. In addition, Staff has
discussed the matter with all parties, including Idaho Power, Idaho Conservation League, and the
Industrial Customers of Idaho Power, and all parties agree that the Commission should extend
the deadlines by three weeks as requested by Staff. The Commission should thus grant StafPs
Motion with an Order extending the comment deadline to July 15, 2015, and the reply deadline
to July 29,2015.
