On June 19,2015,Staff moved the Commission to extend the comment and reply
deadlines in this case by three weeks.Specifically,Staff asks that the June 24,2015 comment
deadline be extended to July 15,2015,and that the July 8,2015 reply deadline be extended to
July 29,2015.th support of its Motion,Staff states that a Staff member who is working on
Staff’s comments recently injured himself and will be unable to complete his portion of the
comments by the current deadline.Staff also represents the other parties to the case have agreed
to the extension.See Motion to Extend Comment Deadlines.
Based on the above,we find good cause exists to grant the Staff’s Motion.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staff’s Motion to Extend Comment Deadlines is
granted.Persons interested in submitting written comments must do so by July 15,2015.Idaho
Power Company may file a reply no later than July 29,2015.
