On February 19,2015,Renewable Energy Coalition caused to be filed with the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission (Commission)a Motion for the Limited Admission of Irion Sanger,
Esq.in Case No.TPC-E-15-01 (reference Idaho Bar Commission Rule 227;IPUC Rules of
Procedure 19 and 43.03).The local Idaho counsel tiling the Motion is Ronald L.Williams,
Williams Bradbury,1015 W.Hays Street,Boise,Idaho 83702.
Irion Sanger certifies that he is an active member in good standing with the Bar of the
State of Oregon and that he maintains a regular practice of law at Sanger Law PC,1117 SE 53
Avenue,Portland,Oregon 97215.Mr.Sanger further certifies that he is not a resident of the
State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho and that he has not been admitted under IBCR 227.
Both Mr.Sanger and local counsel,Mr.Williams,certify that a copy of the Motion,
accompanied by a $325 fee,has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.Mr.Williams
acknowledges that as local counsel,his attendance shall be required at all proceedings before the
Commission in which Mr.Sanger appears,unless specifically excused by the Commission.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion for Limited Admission
filed in Case No.IPC-E-15-01 and the related practice rules and Rules of Procedure,i.e.,Idaho
Bar Commission Rule 227 (Limited Admission —Pro Hac Vice)and Commission Rules of
Procedure 19 and 43.03,IDAPA 31.01.01019 and 043.03.
Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr.Williams and Mr.
Sanger,we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of
limited admission of Mr.Sanger as legal counsel for Renewable Energy Coalition in Case No.
IPC-E-l 5-01.We further find good reason to excuse the appearance of Mr.Williams in further
proceedings in this docket unless needed by Renewable Energy Coalition.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Commission has jurisdiction in Case No.JPC-E-15-Ol and the Motion for
Limited Admission filed by Ronald L.Williams,local counsel,and Irion Sanger,applying
counsel,pursuant to Idaho Code,Title 61,and the Commission’s Rules of Procedure,
31.01.01.000 etseq.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and Irion Sanger is hereby granted limited admission in
Case No.IPC-E-15-Ol as legal counsel for the applicant,Renewable Energy Coalition.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attendance of Ronald L.Williams is excused
from all further proceedings in Case No.IPC-E-15-O1 unless needed by Renewable Energy
Coalition.
