On February 24,2015,Micron Technology,Inc.caused to be filed with the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission (Commission)a Motion for the Limited Admission of Frederick J.
Schmidt,Esq.in Case No.IPC-E-15-01 (reference Idaho Bar Commission Rule 227;IPUC Rules
of Procedure 19 and 43.03).The local Idaho counsel filing the Motion is Pamela S.Howland,
Holland &Hart,LLP,800 W.Main Street,Suite 1750,Boise,Idaho 83702.
Frederick Schmidt certifies that he is an active member in good standing with the Bar
of the State of Nevada and that he maintains a regular practice of law at Holland &Hart,LLP,
377 5.Nevada Street,Carson City,Nevada 89703.Mr.Schmidt further certifies that he is not a
resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho and that he was admitted under
IBCR 227.
Both Mr.Schmidt and local counsel,Ms.Howland,certify that a copy of the Motion,
accompanied by a $325 fee,has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.Ms.Howland
acknowledges that as local counsel,her attendance shall be required at all proceedings before the
Commission in which Mr.Schmidt appears,unless specifically excused by the Commission.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion for Limited Admission
filed in Case No.IPC-E-15-01 and the related practice rules and Rules of Procedure,i.e.,Idaho
Bar Commission Rule 227 (Limited Admission —Pro Hac Vice)and Commission Rules of
Procedure 19 and 43.03,IDAPA 31.01.01.019 and 043.03.
Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Ms.Howland and Mr.
Schmidt,we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of
limited admission of Mr.Schmidt as legal counsel for Micron Technology in Case No.IPC-E
15-01.We further find good reason to excuse the appearance of Ms.Howland in further
proceedings in this docket unless needed by Micron Technology.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Commission has jurisdiction in Case No.JPC-E-15-0l and the Motion for
Limited Admission filed by Pamela S.Howland,local counsel,and Frederick J.Schmidt,
applying counsel,pursuant to Idaho Code,Title 61,and the Commission’s Rules of Procedure,
31.01.01.000 et seq.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and Frederick J.Schmidt is hereby granted limited
admission in Case No.IPC-E-15-01 as legal counsel for the applicant,Micron Technology,Inc.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attendance of Pamela S.Howland is excused
from all further proceedings in Case No.IPC-E-15-01 unless needed by Micron Technology.
